Notebook items created from Cloudcall calls are against the wrong user

When a user leaves a notebook item it appears to be created by a different username.

To ensure that user's CloudCall calls from Access Recruitment CRM result in notebook items generated against the correct user name, please check and correct the user mappings between the two products.

User mappings for the CloudCall integration are stored and accessed from the CloudCall product.
