The compliance task will only send an email if the email set up is enabled and the Admin user in Access Recruitment CRM is set up correctly.
The user will still receive a compliance task notification in the database.
Also, until the initial Compliance task is marked as Complete, the system will not generate any messages to the consultants about expiring ones.
The task can be marked as complete by going to:
My Actions
Compliance Tasks
Choose a task
On Details tab, click Mark Completed
Each consultant can look at their own outstanding tasks on the My Actions ; Compliance Tasks
