This is done by :
Choosing Options and then selecting Manager.
Click General and then click Attribute Maintenance.
The middle column displays the list of Master Attributes (which are "folders" into which the attributes are stored in.
To create a new Master:
Select the Settings tab in the right-hand window.
Click the New Master button.
Type a new Master Attribute Name.
Choose the Sectors this will be used in.
Select where it will be used (Applicant/Client/Contact).
Add any Grades that are relevant.
Chose Save.
You can now add a Child attribute to the Master by doing the following:
Click Options and then click Manager.
Click General and then click Attribute Maintenance.
Select the Master Attribute you want to add to.
Click the Attributes tab in the right-hand window.
Typing the attribute description.
Click Add.
