This is done via Options ; Manager ; General ; Attribute Maintenance
The middle column displays the list of Master Attributes (which are "folders" into which the attributes are stored in.
To create a new Master:
Select the Settings tab in the right-hand window
Click the New Master button
Type a new Master Attribute Name
Choose the Sectors this will be used in
Select where it will be used (Applicant/Client/Contact)
Add any Grades that are relevant
Chose Save
You can now add a Child attribute to the Master by doing the following:
Click Options and then click Manager
Click General and then click Attribute Maintenance
Select the Master Attribute you want to add to
Click the Attributes tab in the right-hand window
Typing the attribute description
Click Add
