smartAI - Release Notes FY25 Q4

The smartAI automation tool was released in FY25 Q4, providing the ability to target and automate workflows that personalise communications. Integrating with Access Recruitment CRM will allow customers to leverage increased automation quickly.

Whatโ€™s new?

Continuing to advance the Access Recruitment CRM RECOS offering with the integration of Smart AI, to empower recruitment agencies of all sizes to streamline their operations and deliver a more personalized experience to candidates and end customers. By improving data capture, this tool will save time and reduce costs, while enhancing workflow efficiency across recruitment businesses. The latest enhancement will allow applicants to be sent to smartAI for the Reconnect flow for campaigns.


How do I start using it?

smartAI Configuration

  • Request access to the smartAI suite from your Access account manager.

  • Once Access have activated the feature, a user without the View Tools-Integrations Menu restriction against their role can navigate to Tools ; Integrations where a new tab of smartAI is available.

  • The integration fields for smartAI function in the standard manner as in other integrations (and their tabs) that your Access Recruitment CRM may connect to.

  • The contents of each field will be setup by Access during go-live with smartAI.

  • The fields provide the connectivity details for Access Recruitment CRM to smartAI in a secure and safe environment.

  • It is important the contents are not modified or removed unless specifically confirmed and agreed with Access and/or smartAI.


Invoking smartAI for Applicants from a Saved Tag File

  • If the smartAI integration is correctly enabled for your Access Recruitment CRM, navigating to My Actions ; Saved Tag Files and selecting a saved tag file, a new option under the Action button of smartAI to Reconnect can be found.

  • By clicking the new option, a check will be made for the existence of applicant records in the selected saved tag file. If no applicants exist, the following message will be displayed, and no further action can be taken.
