How do I start using it?

HireAra Configuration

  • A user without the View Tools-Integrations Menu restriction against their role can navigate to Tools ; Integrations where a new tab of HireAra is available.

  • The integration fields for HireAra function in the standard manner as in other integrations (and their tabs) that Access Recruitment CRM may connect to.

  • The contents of each field will be setup by Access during go-live with HireAra.

  • It is important the contents are not modified or removed unless specifically confirmed and agreed with Access and/or HireAra.

  • The fields provide the connectivity details for Access Recruitment CRM to HireAra in a secure and safe environment.


Invoking HireAra

  • If the HireAra integration is enabled for your Access Recruitment CRM, navigating to an applicant's record will offer a new tab of HireAra under the More option.

  • Clicking the HireAra tab will automatically instigate a call to HireAra. A Fetching User Data, followed by Updating User messages will be displayed.

  • This action is checking to see if there are any CVs uploaded to HireAra, if not, dos the applicant have any CVs uploaded into their CVs tab in Access Recruitment CRM. If no CVs are found, a message of No files found is shown.

  • If there are CVs for this applicant in HireAra, that list of CVs is presented for further selection, editing and formatting, Additionally, if there are further CVs available in the applicant's CVs tab in Access Recruitment CRM, an option to upload these into HireAra is also available.

  • Either selecting an existing CV from HireAra or uploading another into HireAra will present the CV for editing and formatting.

Edit the CV

  • Initially, the CV will be formatted using the default template under the Template dropdown. If further templates are available, one can be selected to use for formatting. The CV will be automatically converted using the selected template.

  • Options for spacing, parsing, clearing CV data and adding additional elements/sections to the format are available via the options placed at the top of the screen.

  • The screen can also be split into a double screen by use of the Split Screen option. When clicked, the original CV is shown on the left, the formatted CV, based on the template, is shown on the right.

Editing and formatting the CV

  • Once editing has been completed, a new name can be assigned to the new CV via the Download File Name option.

  • Clicking the Export option will offer various functions, one of which is the Save to ARCRM. Clicking this will save the newly formatted CV into the applicant's CV tab.
