The Access Recruitment CRM Co-Pilot component is a value add for all users, allowing AI to be leveraged to save recruiters valuable time. Co-Pilot consolidates AI technology, aligning it with the Access Recruitment CRM database to take routine tasks off recruiters, allowing users to leverage technology to quickly and efficiently compare applicant CVs and their profile details to job descriptions, returning a star ranking and feedback on next steps for the onboarding process.
Why have we developed this feature?
The Co-Pilot Component showcases our commitment to innovation, creating a better platform for users to efficiently interact with Access Recruitment CRM to streamline the day-to-day processes.
How do I start using it?
AI CV Matching Feature Switch
A user with access to Options > System Settings > Feature Toggles can now enable or disable the AI feature which allows the matching of CVs to a Job Description.
Feature toggle AI Component - CV Matching can be enabled/disabled for this purpose.
AI CV Matching Permission
A new permission of named Permission to AI CV Match against Jobs has been created, which can be attached to roles to enable the CV Matching icon in the Review List tab of jobs to appear.
Without this permission, the user will not see this icon.
CV Matching to include an Applicant's Profile
In the Review List tab for a job, CVs can be matched provided the feature switch is enabled, and the user has the permission assigned as mentioned above.
If the job does not have a description already created, click of this icon will show an error message of:
Otherwise, the list of applicants in the Job Review List will be presented in a new modal.
A new column of Profile has been introduced into this modal. A value of Y is shown if the applicant has some details populated into their profile, otherwise an N is displayed if their profile is empty.
Additionally, a new checkbox of Include Applicant's Profile for CV Matching has been introduced at the top of the modal./li>
This can be selected if the applicant's profile (where populated) is to be included in the CV matching process.
Applicants who do not have a published CV and do not have a profile will have a red x in their Change CV column. Hovering over the x will provide informative text to explain this. These applicants cannot be selected for CV matching and are also indicated by their line in the list being greyed out.
Otherwise, the latest published CV will be listed. If the applicant has other published CVs, the listed CV can be changed for another by clicking the Change CV button and following the steps.
The applicant's requiring their CVs to be matched will require to be selected by way of the checkboxes. By clicking the check all checkbox, this will select automatically selected all applicants that are not greyed out. Alternatively, individual applicants can be selected.
Clicking the Select button will send the list of selected applicants to be matched, using the published CV and/or the profile details.
A progress screen will be displayed while this is in progress.
On completion, clicking the Close button will remove the popup and will display a refreshed list of applicants on the Review List.
The Stars column will detail a star rating outcome from the matching process just conducted.
The rating is in the form of 1 to5 stars, 1 being least applicable, 5 being the best match against the job description.
Hovering over a line of stars will show the appropriate rating information text.
The matching process can be run multiple times, each run will remove the previous result for the selected applicants and replace with the new results.
Job Review List & AI CV Match tab
Clicking the eye icon (for View All), will navigate the user to the Job Review List page.
On the Details page, the Stars value is shown next to a new label of AI CV Ranking.
This field is read only and is a quick indicator of the matching process for this applicant against this job.
On click of the info-tip icon next to the field will show the appropriate rating information text.
Additionally, a new tab of AI CV Match is also available under the More tab option. Opening this will reveal the full details of the CV matching outcome.
The AI CV Matching stars are shown, along with AI generated boxes for:
Feedback Summary:
A summary of the match findings for the CV and/or the profile details compared to the job description.
Interview Questions:
Suggested interview questions to be asked should the applicant be called for an interview.
Missing Requirements:
The missing skills etc required to be a better match for the job.
Applicant Review List & CV Tab
On completion of a CV match process, additional details can be seen in the Applicant Review List page.
Clicking the eye icon for View All in the Review List for an applicant record, this will navigate you to the Applicant Review List page.
On the Details page, the Stars value is shown next to a new label of AI CV Ranking.
