Jobs Workflow - Release Notes - FY25 Q4

The jobs workflow processes increase the efficiency with which jobs can be created and managed, allowing users to increase pipelines and drive all workflow through Access Recruitment CRM.

What's new?

Addressing customer feedback and review sessions, enhancements on useability and visibility are the prime focus of this release.


New Bulk Permission

  • A new permission of Permission to bulk Publish/Unpublish Jobs has been introduced into Access Recruitment CRM.

  • This permission can be assigned to a role, so granting the role additional capabilities to publish/unpublish jobs in bulk.


Publish Jobs in Bulk

  • Users with the new permission assigned to their user will see a new enabled option of Publish under the Action button when viewing contract or permanent jobs.

  • This option will be disabled for users without the permission assigned to their user.

New Publish option

  • When viewing the jobs in list view, if the tick boxes have been used, then all selected jobs are affected, otherwise only the focused job is affected.

  • When viewing in table view, only the focused job will be affected.

  • On click of the Publish option, a warning message with Yes and No buttons will be shown.

  • If No is clicked, no action is taken, the message closes.

  • If Yes is clicked, if not already published, the affected jobs are set to published and all other actions when manually publishing job(s) are also actioned.

  • On successful completion, the following message is shown.

  • Where you do not have edit rights to a job, if that job is selected, it will not be published, and this will also be detailed as a line in the message above.


Unpublish Jobs in Bulk

  • Users with the new permission assigned to their user will see a new enabled option of Unpublish under the Action button when viewing contract or permanent jobs.

  • This option will be disabled for users without the permission assigned to their user.

  • Where you do not have edit rights to a job, if that job is selected, it will not be unpublished, and this will also be detailed as a message line in the message above. Likewise, a selected job that is already unpublished will be detailed as a message line above.


Interview Address Field

  • For users who have permission to add new contract or permanent jobs, the Interview tab is now available during the addition process.

  • On opening the Interview tab:

    • The Interview Address field is enabled only if a Company has already been selected on the Details tab.

    • The Job Interview Letter sub-list will be hidden until this job is edited after saving it first.

  • On change of the Company value:

    • If populated, the details in the Interview (tab) ; Interview Address field will be removed.

  • After filling in all required fields and clicking Save, the job will be saved, along with:

    • If populated, the details from Interview (tab) ; Interview Address field are saved.

    • Any default entries that would been added to the Job Interview Letter sub-list (e.g. Standard Letter) are also saved.

  • When editing an existing job, the Interview tab will behave as per current rules.
