Feeds for Placements starting and ending in a date range
GDPR Consent Expiry
Feeds: Placement Starting Today
User Preferences
If the users have placements created in Access Recruitment CRM, when they navigate to My Actions ; Profile ; Feeds tab:
the following section appears (below 'Timesheet Statuses'):
Placements Starting Today
Displays a list of Employment Types added under Options ; Manager ; Master Types ; Employment Types (arranged alphabetically)
To the right of the Employment Types is a dropdown with the following options:
None (Selected By Default)
Own
All
On clicking Save the Feeds preferences are saved.
Placements Starting Today Feed cards
If there are Applicant placements created in the system where Placements is due to start today (Contract/Perm Placements ; Details tab ; Start Date) and:
The user has selected at least one Employment Type under My Actions ; Profile ; Feeds tab ; Placements Starting Today section with a dropdown value that is not None, when the Feed updates and the user clicks the
dropdown and clicks Feed, then the details below appears in Feed card:
A 'Recruitment' Product logo
The following wordings to the right of the logo:
Product Name: Access Recruitment CRM
'<n> hours ago' where 'n' is the number of hours ago the feed was created (already built in)
Scenario 1: More than 1 Placements Starting Today
If there are more than 1 Placements for the selected Employment Type the following appears:
<n> <Employment Type> Placements - Starting Today
Ownership: <All or Own based on settings>
View Placements - Hyperlink which on click will navigate the user to all Placement records in Access Recruitment CRM that are starting today
<Dismiss button>
Scenario 2: 1 Placement starting today
If there is 1 Placement for the selected Employment Type the following appears:
<n> <Employment Type> Placement - Starting Today
Applicant: <Applicant FName LName>
Client: <Client name>
Client Contact: <Placement Client Contact FName LName>
Job : <Job Title> (Ref: <Job Reference>) (Displays only if Job Title is present on a Placement)
Placement: <Placement Description>
Ownership: <All or Own based on settings>
View Placement - Hyperlink which on click will navigate the user to the Placement record in CRM that is starting today

For both Scenario 1 & 2 above:
<n> is the total count of Placements found for the selected Employment Type
On clicking View Placement/s hyperlink:
A Placement search results screen will be displayed using the following filters selected under My Profile ; Feeds tab:
Filter by the selected Employment Type(s) AND
Placement Start Date AND
All
The Feed displays All Placements with a selected Employment Type(s) created by the user and other users where Placement Start Date = Today's Date
Will only include Placements for the sectors the user is currently access to/logged into
Own
The Feed displays All Placements with a selected Employment Type(s) created by the user where Placement Start Date = Today's Date
Dismiss button on clicked:
Displays a tick
Removes the Placement from the Feed display in under a minute
Once dismissed, the Placement Feed card will not display when the Feed is updated

GDPR Consent Expiry
Ownership (same logic as on the Applicant form)
Displays a dropdown with following values:
None (Selected by default)
Own
All
'Expiry Due'
This field is only enabled if All or Own option is selected above in Ownership field
It contains a dropdown with the following options:
Today (Selected by default)
Tomorrow
1 Week from Today
2 Weeks from Today
3 Weeks from Today
4 Weeks from Today

GDPR Consent Expiry cards
If there is an applicant who has 1 or more GDPR consent types due to expire in selected time frame, when the Feed updates and the user clicks the
dropdown and clicks Feed:
For each of the Time frame selected under My Profile ; Feeds tab ; GDPR Consent Expiry, the Feed displays:
Today - Displays Feed card where GDPR Consent Expiry Date = Today's Date
Tomorrow - Displays Feed card where GDPR Consent Expiry Date = Tomorrow
1 Week from Today - Displays Feed card where GDPR Consent Expiry Date = 7 days from Today's Date
2 Weeks from Today - Displays Feed card where GDPR Consent Expiry Date = 14 days from Today's Date
3 Weeks from Today - Displays Feed card where GDPR Consent Expiry Date = 21 days from Today's Date
4 Weeks from Today - Displays Feed card where GDPR Consent Expiry Date = 28 days from Today's Date
The Feed card displays the following information:

For Scenario 1 above: Clicking View Applicant hyperlink will open up the Applicant form ; GDPR tab
For Scenario 2 above: Clicking View Applicants hyperlink:
will display the results in the Applicant form ; GDPR tab or Applicant Search Results form
Once the Applicant GDPR Expiry is updated and it no longer falls within the selected Expiry Due timeframe, then on clicking feed's View Applicants hyperlink, the Applicant will no longer appear in the forms
Expiry Due: Displays selected due to expire in selected time frame in My Profile ; Feeds tab ; GDPR Consent Expiry ; Expiry Due field
Ownership: All or Own based on selection
If the user has selected the following options under My Actions ; Profile ; Feeds tab ; GDPR Consent Expiry section then for each selection, on clicking View Applicants hyperlink, the following Feed cards are visible:
All
The Feed displays All Applicants with a GDPR Consent due to expire created by the user and other users
Own
The Feed displays Applicants with a GDPR Consent due to expire where the user is listed as any consultant or are part of a user group on the applicant record
the GDPR Consent detail is no longer visible in Feeds if:
The Feed card is Dismissed
