What’s new?
The ability to view Tasks Due Today and Overdue via EVO Feeds. Also allowing the user to navigate to the relevant Task via Feed to take action and the ability to select only specific Tasks to appear in the Feeds.
How do I start using them?
Feeds - Option to Opt out out of specific Feeds
If the user has added new Tasks or Tasks are assigned to them, when they navigate to My Actions ; Profile
A new tab called 'Feeds' (after 'Form View') is visible
On clicking the tab, the fields appear as below:
Tasks Due Today
Overdue Tasks
User can view a dropdown next to these fields that display the following options:
My Tasks
Tasks Assigned to me
All Tasks
'All Tasks' option is selected by default
An infotip next to both the dropdowns are visible that on clicked displays the following text:
'My Tasks - This selection displays Tasks that are created by the user.
Tasks Assigned to me - This selection displays Tasks that are assigned to the user as part of Task Assignment Users or User Groups.
All Tasks - This selection displays all Tasks that are created by the user along with Tasks that are assigned to the user as part of Task Assignment Users or User Groups.'
The user can select any of the option from the dropdown and the selected option will reflect what they see on their Feeds.
Today's Tasks & Overdue Tasks
If the user has added new Tasks from My Actions ; Tasks or the Tasks have been shared with them via Task Assignments Users / User Groups and that are due today or Overdue (i.e. Due Date is less than or equals to Today's Date but Due Date is greater than 2 Weeks ago), when they click the 'Access' button dropdown ; and click 'Feeds', the following appears:
A 'Recruitment' Product logo
The following wordings to the right of the logo :
Product Name : 'Access Recruitment CRM'
'<n> hours ago' where 'n' is the number of hours ago the feed was created ( Already Built in )
'Task Due Today' or 'Task Overdue'- Bold heading (depending on Due date. i,e; if Due Date = Today's Date, display 'Task Due Today' else display 'Task Overdue')
'<Subject of the Task>' - Message of the feed
If Subject is not entered it will display, 'No Subject'
Status : <Task Status> / <% Complete> Complete'/ Priority : <Task Priority> - Message of the feed
If Task status is left blank, it displays, 'Not Set'
If % Complete is left blank or is '0', then % Complete will not be visible
If Priority is left blank, it displays 'Not Set'
If the user has selected the following options under My Actions ; Profile ; Feeds tab then for each selection the following Tasks are visible in Feeds :
All Tasks
The Feed displays, All Tasks created by the user, Tasks Assigned to the user and Tasks Assigned to the, as part of User group and are Due Today or Overdue
Tasks Assigned to me
The Feed displays all Tasks that are shared with the user by adding them as a user from under Tasks ; Assignments ; Task Assignment Users or User Groups sublist and are Due Today or Overdue
My Tasks
The Feed displays all Tasks that are created by the user which are Due Today or Overdue
The Tasks are no longer visible in Feeds if:
If a Task is deleted or if the user is no longer a part of Task Assignment Users or User Groups
If a Task Status is 'Completed'.
On clicking the task, the user is navigated to the task in the task form
The Feed updates twice a day (no duplicates) at 12 AM and 12 PM.
