Exporting Tasks with meaningful ‘Reminder’ settings
The ability to export your list of Tasks was released in the last version of Access Recruitment CRM, however, column ‘Reminder’ was exported as values of 0 and -1. These should be exported as N and Y respectively.
This has now been fixed as below:
Multiple Task Status Update
It is now easy to update the status of a list of Tasks in one go, rather than individually.
With your list of Tasks displayed, the ‘Action’ button now contains a new option of ‘Set Status’.
If a Task has not been selected via their checkbox, the currently focused Task is the only one which will have its status updated via the new option, otherwise all selected Tasks via their checkboxes will be updated.
Clicking ‘Set Status’ will display a new pop-up, requesting the new status for the selected tasks.
Selecting the required status and clicking Ok will bulk update the selected Task’s status as follows:
Completed - the % Complete is set to 100 and the Completed Date is set to today’s date.
Not Started - the % Complete is set to 0 and the Completed Date is removed if populated.
Any another Status – the % Complete is set to 25 and the Completed Date is removed if populated.
If a checked Task is already at the newly selected Status, this task is ignored for updates.
The Task list is refreshed on completion of updates.
