What’s new?

The breadth of enhancements focusses on highlighted UX issues, data visibility, slow performance, data sorting and enhancements to Jobs Workflow, to improve on the overall useability of Access Recruitment CRM to ensure it meets the range of customer expectations.


Jobs Workflow

Job Create Restriction renamed

Navigate to Options > Accounts > Roles > (Restrictions sub-tab)

  • The restriction 'Job Create' is renamed to 'Job Create/Edit/Copy'


Scheduling 2.0 – Show Job Location on hover of and Applicant’s diary event

When the user processes applicants in Scheduling 2.0 and hover over an applicant's diary event in the bottom applicant's pane, then

  • If the event is a confirmed or reserved, the Job Location (if populated) is visible in the details pop-up that are presented to the user


Scheduling 2.0 - Event Title text for reserved to be same as confirmed Applicants

If the users have reserved Applicants in Scheduling 2.0 and they hover over to review an applicant with a reserved diary entry:

  • The reserved event that is created in the applicant's diary has the following text:
    "<applicant's firstname surname> at <client name'>"
    e.g. Skyler Tailor at CBS

📌 Note: This would then be the same as if the applicant were confirmed/placed.
