The breadth of enhancements focusses on highlighted UX issues, data visibility, slow performance, data sorting and enhancements to Availability Manager to improve on the overall useability of Access Recruitment CRM to ensure it meets the range of customer expectations.


Availability Manager

Filter Columns within the Grid

The users can now filter data in the Availability Manager grid as below:

  • All default and additional columns (added via config columns) will have a filter icon in the column heading (e.g. similar to the Placement Manager), with exception to the following columns:

    • Applicant "Panel" (that displays the name, email and phone number).

    • Applicant Name

    • Applicant ID

    • Sectors

    • Primary Consultant

    • "Diary" entry columns RP: Added this 22/10/24

Clicking a column filter icon displays a modal with the appropriate filter:

  • Text fields have the below filter:

  • This is a 'Contains' filter

Contains filter

  • Date fields have the below filter

    • Only valid dates are accepted. Only one of the 3 fields ("On", "Before" or "After") can be used at a time - if you enter a date in a field and there is a date in another field, that date will be removed.

Date Filter

  • Numeric fields have the below filter:

    • Only valid numbers are accepted. Only one of the 3 fields ("Equals", "Less than" or "More than") can be used at a time - if you enter a number in a field and there is a number in another field, that number will be removed.

Numeric Filter

  • There is a 'Clear Column Filters' option below option 'Configure Columns' under the 'Config' wheel

    • If 'Clear Column Filters' is selected, all applied filters against all columns in the grid are cleared

    • The data grid is refreshed, based on existing search bar items and/or 'Filter' settings


Change type for Object Diary Event with system code of ODEVENT_RESERVED

Admin users when managing the list of Diary Events by navigating to Options > Manager > Master Types > Object Diary Event Types, they will notice that:

  • The title of system coded event = 'ODEVENT_RESERVED' is changed to:

    • "Reserved"

  • There no functionality change for this change
