Review List Updates

Renaming existing 'Hold' & 'Accepted' Review List status

Use Case: When the businesses want to use a new Review List Status when they do not want to progress the Applicants to Applicant Action yet.
Admin users can navigate to Options > Manager > Status > Review List Status and notice that

  • If the existing status with system code 'RVW_LST_STT_HELD' is 'Hold' then the Status will be updated to 'Accept & Hold'

The existing 'Accepted' status under Options ; Manager ; Status ; Review List Status is now renamed as below:

  • If the existing status with system code 'RWW_LST_STT_ACCEPTED ' is 'Accept' then the Status will be updated to 'Accept & Add'


System Setting to decide if Updating status should create a linked new Notebook item automatically

Admin users can access Options ; System Settings ; System Owner and navigate to Global Settings tab, then:

  • A new setting called 'Add Notebook entry for Review List Status Update' is now visible

    • This is enabled by default

  • If selected then the Review List Status Update is added to the Notebook

  • If unchecked then the Review List Status changes are not captured and added to the notebook


Select Applicant picklist to include additional columns

On a Contract Job > Review List tab when the user clicks the plus button on the Review List sublist to add an applicant to the list:

  • Additional data appears on the Select Applicant picklist as below:

    • Applicant Id (as first column)

    • Primary Consultant
