How do I start using it?
Placement Activity Properties Form
A user that has the permission to edit a permanent or contract placement will see the Activity Properties form has been converted to be a read only page. This precaution has been put in place as the editing any of the properties on a single document will update the Global Placement Activity Setup document.
The page can be viewed fully, but editing of all fields has been removed.
The title of this page has also been changed to Placement Document Setup.
Placement Document Properties Form
A user that has the permission to edit a permanent or contract placement will see the Document Properties form is a read only page, with exception to the Description and Status fields. These can be amended as required.
The page can be viewed fully, but editing is restricted to the Description and Status fields.
The title of this page has also been changed to Document Properties.
Tracking of Last Update Details
The amendment of a document is now further tracked by recording the user's name and the date and time details of the last update.
The tracking fields of Updated User and Updated On are available as optional columns via Documentation (tab) ; Settings (⚙ cog) ; Configure Columns. These can be moved to the right to be included as fields in the sub-list view.
