Configure new Screening Brands and Workflows for Users to use

This article explains what to do if, when trying to raise a screening request for an Applicant, there are no options to select from Brand And Workflow or the field displays No Access to Record and Saving appears at the bottom of the screen

If none of the Brands are visible in Access Recruitment CRM, or if you add new Brands in Access Screening, you need to give the API User access.

  1. Go to the Access Screening tab in Access Evo:

  2. Click on the Configuration option

  3. Then click on Users & Permissions option

  4. Click the Edit button for the API CRM User

  5. Scroll down to the Brands heading

  6. Tick the brands that the user should see


If a user needs to be given access:

  1. Go to the Access Screening tab in Access Evo

  2. Click on the Configuration option

  3. Then click on Users & Permissions option

  4. Find the user

  5. Click the Edit button

  6. Scroll down to the Brands heading

  7. Tick the brands that the user should see


Alternatively, you can do the following:

  1. Click on the Configuration option

  2. Click the Brands option

  3. Select the Active Brands tab

  4. Find the Brand you want to edit

  5. Click the Edit button

  6. Scroll down to the Access heading

  7. Tick the users that should see this Brand
