If none of the Brands are visible in Access Recruitment CRM, or if you add new Brands in Access Screening:
Give the API User access
Go to the Access Screening tab in Access Evo.
Click on the Configuration option.
Then click on Users & Permissions option.
Click the Edit button for the API CRM User.
Scroll down to the Brands heading.
Tick the brands that the user should see.
Give a user access
Go to the Access Screening tab in Access Evo.
Click on the Configuration option.
Then click on Users & Permissions option.
Find the user.
Click the Edit button.
Scroll down to the Brands heading.
Tick the brands that the user should see.
Giving access via Brands
Click on the Configuration option.
Click the Brands option.
Select the Active Brands tab.
Find the Brand you want to edit.
Click the Edit button.
Scroll down to the Access heading.
Tick the users that should see this Brand.
