If email domain whitelisting is enabled in your Access Evo administrative options, Access Evo prevents your administrator from inviting a new Access Recruitment CRM user if their email domain is not in the whitelist.

Your Access Evo administrator can check this option and any domains listed, plus add any additional domains, as follows:
Click on your name at the top right of the Access Evo web page after logging in.
Click Organisation, then click General.
Click Email Domain Whitelist.
Modify the enabled option and/or the list of allowed domains as required.
