What to do if a user has had numerous Applicants not receiving texts they have sent from the system.

Please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant, referencing the title of this article and please provide some examples of the applicants (with their mobile numbers) who are saying they have not received the messages.

πŸ“Œ Note: We will only be able to confirm that the messages actually left the SMS system and not if they were actually received as that is a part of the network that we have no control over.
