Unable to edit documents in Compliance or Stored Documents

A user trying to edit the date etc on a document, either within compliance or stored documents, get thrown out of the screen and back onto the dashboard.

Please get an Access Recruitment CRM Administrator who isn't having the same issue to log into Access Recruitment CRM and:

  1. Click Options and then click Accounts

  2. Click Users and Find your User record

  3. Make sure Apply Restrictions is set to AND and not OR
