Timesheets not being exported for Enterprise

Timesheets are not exporting for the same candidate on the same job. The only difference between this and our other timesheets is that we created a new "Position" code for this client which is required for compliance.

The export preview shows 'Enterprise Job Code for job position is not setup, Skipping'. The timesheets are for placements having a job position attribute that is not yet mapped to an Enterprise Job Code; this will need to be mapped as follows:

  1. Click Finance & Payroll and then click Enterprise Export.

  2. Click the Settings tab near the top of the screen.

  3. Expand the Enterprise Payroll Job Codes heading.

  4. Click the ✚ (plus) button at the right hand end of the heading.

  5. Add the required mapping and click Save.
