Emails are not being sent from the timesheet portal

This article explains what to do if Applicants and/or Authorisers aren't receiving eMails from the timesheet portal.

Please ask the recipients to check their junk email folders and confirm with their email providers that the emails aren't being blocked by spam filters. Sometimes the recipient's mail provider could be blocking an email from being received if it does not deem it safe.

If the emails are not in the junk folder or being blocked, please contact us via the Access Digital Assistant and provide details of the recipient(s) affected.
