What’s new?
The breadth of enhancements focusses on highlighted UX issues, data visibility, slow performance, data sorting and insufficient information to improve on the overall useability of Access Recruitment CRM to ensure it meets the range of customer expectations.
Why have we developed these features?
We are continuing to use ongoing feedback from our customer base on the useability and functionality of Access Recruitment CRM, and in line with Access’s strategic roadmap, to add several enhancements to the latest release.
How do I start using them?
SMS Optimiser
New System Settings area for AI SMS Optimizer prompts and default Prompts
If the system is configured to use SMS Optimiser, when the user navigates to Options ; System Settings:
A new option called 'AI Text Optimizer Prompts' (first on the list) is visible
The following options appear on toolbar:
New
Opens up a form to add :
Caption : text box
Instruction : text box
Edit
Allows the user to edit Caption / Instruction
More
Delete option
On click, deletes the prompt
Table view
Note that Caption and Instruction are available in table view as default columns
No other columns are added
Refresh button
The following prompts will be visible in this list by default:

Mail and Text Optimiser
[New Permission to use SMS Optimiser]
User can allow certain users to use the SMS Optimiser by navigating to Options ; Account ; Role ; select a role associated with the user and click the ✚ button on Role Permission sublist:
A new permission in the list called, 'Permission to use SMS Optimiser' is now visible which can be added to the role
[Text Optimiser Component]
If the user has the 'Permission to use SMS Optimiser' applied on their role and when they open the single Send SMS window/ Batch SMS,
a new button called 'SMS Optimiser' is visible
On clicking that:
a 'Mail and Text Optimiser' window appears with the following fields:
'Options'
Displays a 'Prompt' dropdown
Displays prompts from Options > System Settings > AI Text Optimiser Prompts
Appears blank if there are no prompts added
'Generate' button
is enabled if a prompt is selected
on clicking the button, it generates the optimized text in the 'Output' text area
If there are any merge fields within ‘<>’ they will be preserved and displayed in the generated text
'Content'
It has a textbox that is prepopulated if the user has entered some text in the SMS window / Batch SMS
'Output'
Displays a text box that allows the user to view generated text when 'Generate' button is clicked
User can edit this text
Swap button
On click, it replaces the 'Content' text with 'Output' text
The Output text is no longer visible
'Cancel' button
On click, closes the Text Optimiser window
'Save' button
On click, closes the Text Optimiser window and copies the Generated Output text to SMS window/ Batch SMS text area
