Merge Suite - Release Notes - FY26 Q1

The Merge Suite is a feature designed to help our customers safely and efficiently move and restructure data in bulk within the system. We have added a new Merge Suite functionality that allows the users to merge Clients by ID.

What’s new?

We have added a new Merge Suite functionality that allows the users to merge Clients by ID.

It is designed to enable customers to safely and efficiently consolidate duplicate or related client records through a structured four-step wizard.
​
This tool empowers users with the correct permissions to manage their data independently and with greater ease.


How do I start using it?

Client by ID - Accessing Client by ID Merge

Navigate to Tools ; Merge Suite ; Client by ID (Note: requires 'Permission to use the Merge Suite')

Step 1: User Agreement

  • Review and accept the terms and recommendations

  • Check the acknowledgment box to proceed

Step 2: Client by ID Entry

  • Click the search button next to the Merge field to select the source client

  • Click the search button next to the Into field to select the target client

  • Use the search functionality to filter by Client Filed As, Object ID, or Sector

  • Review the Notes section for important integration exclusions

  • If the selected and the target client are the same, an error message will appear

Step 3: Confirmation

  • Review your selection summary

  • Click Previous to modify your selection or Start Merge to proceed

  • Wait while the merge processes (do not refresh or close the wizard)

  • Review the completion message

  • Click Close to exit the wizard
