Your support routes

Everything you need to know on how to reach out to our support team.

For Access Recruitment CRM, you have a couple of locations where you can get support. Please see below on how to access these routes.

Access Digital Assistant

To access our Access Digital Assistant:

  1. Log in to Access Recruitment CRM.

  2. In the top right corner, select the Access Digital Assistant Access Digital Assistant icon icon.

  3. Click Ask a question, then ask your question.

My Access Portal

The MyAccess Portal provides a unified, intuitive digital experience for managing your products, services, and support interactions. Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, it brings together everything you need in one place – from personalised dashboards to case management, billing, subscriptions, and access to knowledge resources.

Whether you’re an existing user returning to the platform or a new user registering for the first time.

Log in with username and password

To log in to My Access Portal with your username and password:

  1. Click I'm a Customer then enter your Username and Password.

  2. Click Sign in.

Log in with Evo

To log in to My Access Portal via Evo:

  1. Click I'm a Customer then click Sign in with Evo (UK) or (APAC).

  2. Enter your Evo email address, then click Next.

  3. If you're using 2 factor authentication, enter your code.

  4. If you're not using 2FA, enter your password.

  5. Click Sign in.

  6. Once logged in, select your product.

  7. Select the Access icon in the top left corner.

Once you've selected the Access logo, you're taken back to your new My Access Portal experience.

Get help in My Access Portal

To get support via My Access Portal:

  1. Log in to MyAccess Portal.

  2. Under Need Help?, select Ask a question.

  3. Click Select a product.

  4. Select the product you need support with.

  5. When the Access Digital Assistant appears, click Ask a question.
