Building on the ongoing programme of enhancements to the CVs and Mailshots functionality within Access Recruitment CRM, this release addresses a series of customer-raised improvements to the CV Parser. Users can now bulk delete results from the CV Parser, reducing the manual effort involved in managing large volumes of parsed data. A new restriction has been introduced for CV Parser configuration settings, giving administrators tighter control over how parsing rules are applied across the business. The Title field has been added to the CV Parser, ensuring candidate records are populated with greater completeness from the outset. Enhanced visibility for CV parse match warnings helps users quickly identify and act on potential discrepancies, while improvements to gender field handling give compliance users more reliable control over how candidate data is captured and stored. Together, these updates reduce friction in a critical part of the recruiter workflow and support more accurate, compliant candidate record management.
