5.0 – CONTACT BUSINESS GROWTH
Business development activity has historically required switching between Access Recruitment CRM and separate pipeline tools, creating fragmented visibility and lost time for BD managers, account managers, and sales teams.
This release introduces the BD Prospects module - a dedicated workspace within Access Recruitment CRM that brings prospect management in-platform for the first time.
Teams can create and manage both contact and company prospect records, move prospects through configurable pipeline stages, and compose contextual email outreach directly from the prospect card or contact record. A live dashboard stats bar surfaces key pipeline KPIs - including Active Prospects, Pipeline Value, Hot Prospects, and Closed Won - reactive to the active view. Prospects can be visualised across Kanban, List, and Heatmap modes, giving BD and sales users a structured, flexible workflow suited to how they work.

📌 Note: For all standard Access Recruitment CRM users who are not part of the early adopter stream, the update will be made automatically applied (subject to conflicts caused by customisations) from Thursday 18th June.
For all Access Pay & Bill Users who are not part of the early adopter stream, the update will be rolled out from Thursday 18th June.
