Details on timesheet portal not visible

If no rows appear in timesheets, follow the steps below.

Please check that there is not a filter set on one of the columns - the funnel icon would be yellow if there is one set.

If there is a filter set, clear the filter and the rows should appear.​


Clear the filter for Text fields

  1. Select the field where the filter is set.

  2. Click on the hamburger menu (⋮).

  3. Click the Clear option.


Clear the filter for Calendar fields

  1. Select the field where the filter is set.

  2. Click on the hamburger menu (⋮).

  3. Select Between.

  4. Click the icon (📅) on the right hand side of the first field.

  5. Enter a dummy date (e.g. 01/01/2024).

  6. Click on the next field.

  7. Click the icon (📅) on the right hand side of the next field.

  8. Enter a dummy date (e.g. 31/07/2024).

  9. Click Apply Filter.

  10. Repeat the steps for both dates, but this time select the Clear option.

  11. Click Apply Filter.
