This indicates that any of the following values are incorrect in Access Recruitment CRM and should be checked:
Applicant (client) Id
Directory (tenant) Id
Client Secret Value
Once these values have been verified, re-enable any affected users:
Log in as the user to be configured
Click My Actions, then click Exchange Accounts
If a previous record exists, using Basic Authentication, click Remove
Click + New and enter the following details:
Email: The email address for this user in Office 365
Select Email Sync Enabled
Select the Initial Sync Date
Click Save
To close the Profile, click Save again
Once the next Sync has run, confirm that this is working and emails are being synced.
๐ โNote: After the initial setup, this shouldnโt be a problem, as the login used by exchange sync is a system-wide login. However, if the client secret expires, this disables all the accounts in Access Recruitment CRM.
Ideally, as Office 365 administrators, ensure that the client secret is renewed before the expiry of the previous one. These can overlap.

โ
If everything is correctly set up and there are no login errors showing in the ExchangeAccounts table, go to Options ; System Settings ; Feature Toggles and make sure that the Exchange Account Folder Sync feature is not ticked. If it is ticked then you need to make sure they have selected the folders they want to sync.
